Where I Go, my friends on Facebook can see me. This app takes your location (or a collection of locations that you have logged) and puts it on your Facebook Wall.
- Internet connection is required to connect to Facebook and to view map.
- Where I Go uses the Google Static Maps API which has usage limits described here.
- By using Where I Go, you are agreeing to be bound by Google's Terms of Use, please read this.
- You can log up to 50 locations (reach 50 locations, delete and start over). The map uses markers to indicate the locations that you have logged. 50 markers is a Google Maps limit. The next version may have no limit to the number of locations that you can log (or the limit is very high) but the number of locations/markers that can be displayed may still be limited.
- The most recent 9 locations are indicated by markers with a digit, e.g. a marker with a "9" is the last location logged.
- Location information is updated approximately every 10 meters while you have network connection.
- The time it takes to "See Map" is longer when wi-fi or 3G is unavailable.
- After the first time you log in to your Facebook account from Where I Go, you should not need to log in again unless you logout.
- Where I Go needs you to grant extended permission for it to post on your Wall and it will ask you for permission the first time you post to your Wall. Once you have granted permission, you can revoke it from your Facebook account in the Application Settings page.
- If you revoke Where I Go from offline access, you will need to log in to Facebook from Where I Go.
- If you revoke Where I Go from share permission, the next time you press the button "Post map on my Wall", it will ask you to grant extended permission. Once you have granted permission, it will post the map on your Wall.
